These meals have the soul purpose of; replenishing energy, powering your day, decreasing fatigue and most of all, positively affecting your progress within fitness.

All the meals we provide will be rich in natural proteins and vitamins.
Pre-Work Out and Breakfast replacement.
M-F: 5am-11am
Your pre-work out meal is possibility the most important meal of the day. So, a strong and efficient meal is needed!

-Cup of oats.
-Mixed dark fruits.
-Whey protein.
Any other supplements such as Omega 3.

Mid Day Nutrition and Meals.
M-F: 11am-3pm
Your mid day meal is an Athletes refuel, this is a crucial point within the where you are prone to injury and fatigue. A great meal consists of:
-200g of Protien.
-250g of Carbohydrate.
-Multitude of greens rich in minerals;
-Baby Spinach/Kale/Brocolli

Evening Refuel, supplement orientated.
M-F: 4pm-8pm
Evening meals are good to orientate around your recovery supplements. Try to avoid large portions of carbohydrate prior to sleep, this results in negative energy.
